When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Fair Price Roof reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the contractor. Fair Price Roof does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of contractor services and is not responsible for any disputes or issues arising from such relationships.

Any pricing information, estimates, or recommendations provided by Fair Price Roof are for informational purposes only. Actual costs may vary based on project details, materials, and contractor pricing. Fair Price Roof does not guarantee the accuracy of estimates or the outcomes of contractor bids.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Fair Price Roof does not process or handle payments between users and contractors. All financial transactions and agreements are conducted directly between the user and the contractor, and Fair Price Roof is not responsible for any payment-related disputes.

All content, features, functionality, and technology on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Fair Price Roof and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Fair Price Roof, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in that policy.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from contractor services or platform interruptions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fair Price Roof from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any disputes between you and third parties, including contractors.

Fair Price Roof reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the platform or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Fair Price Roof may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
